Mars Red 2015 Mercedes-Benz G63 V8 automatic For Sale.

Own the original. The G63 was developed for the Shah of Iran as a military vehicle. Since then it has been adopted by Mercedes and continually upgraded to be not only unbelievably tough, but also luxurious and very, very fast. This is a two-owner car with 88K miles, mostly freeway. It has always been garaged or covered. It has all the standard features for the 2015 model year, including the 5.5 liter V8 with two turbochargers, 536 horsepower and 560 foot pounds of torque. For low traction it has three locking differentials, as well as full time 4Matic four wheel drive. Options on this car include the rare and lovely Mars Red paint, the designo interior leather package with black piano lacquer trim, heated steering wheel, and 20″ AMG wheels. New windshield and batteries. Towing package. 2023 models are $180,150.

The car has been maintained according to the Service Schedule, with a major service at 60,000. All fluids were changed, including a transmission flush and refill with OEM spec fluid. Plugs changed. The tires have perhaps 6K miles on them. The car comes with a custom rear shelf for better organization, the stock parcel cover for the back, and a receiver hitch. Brake rotors and pads were replaced at 50K miles. Mercedes had a problem with Mars Red paint and there is a class action lawsuit to pay for repainting affected surfaces. This car has some clear coat lifting on the ABS parts, but has been registered with the class action and is eligible for any benefits that may eventually be awarded. Local shop quotes $1,500 to fix.
